The Superintendence will issue a market conduct regulation for insurance sector by 2018. The objective of this regulation is to improve overall market conduct management within insurance companies, information transparency, and disclosure to consumers; enhance insurersΒ΄ healthy business practices, and to facilitate a quick and efficient complaint handling system.
